Getting To Sunsation Beach
**If you arrive at either of our designated airports, a shuttle will take you from there directly to our hotel.**
Alicante airport (ALC)
Alicante airport (ALC) is also known as Alicante-Elche Airport
This is the main airport for the Valencian region and receives many direct flights from northern Europe. Transfer times are a bit longer, but that is compensated with a much larger selection of direct flights.
Valencia Airport (VLC)
Valencia Airport (VLC) is also known as Manises Airport.
Finding direct flights here can be a bit tricky from some countries, but if you do you can enjoy a shorter transfer time to the hotel. Maybe take the opportunity to extend your trip with a few nights in the city of Valencia, which offers a great number of attractions.
Flying long distance
If you are flying long distance, you will need a stopover to make it to the airports closest to Gandia and Sunsation Beach. There are many options, but flying via Madrid (Spain), Lisbon (Portugal), Frankfurt (Germany) or Zürich (Switzerland) usually offers the most affordable flight without getting crazy layover and stopover times. Why not plan for a couple of days in of these great European cities when you’re in the neighborhood? For the more adventurous traveler, a fun way of seeing Spain is flying into Madrid and catching the high speed train to Valencia. If scheduled well this option hardly takes any more time AND makes for a more interesting domestic travel don’t you think?
