Practice Session: Agility to Defense

Some agility and defense work to warm up with. Jake started out the day running high like he did here but by the end his shoulders were getting out front and he was able to get to balls easier.
He does an awesome job of lifting this dig high enough for his partner to comfortably hand set or even attack.
Most amateur players won’t get this ball high enough so their setter ends up rushing while the digger/hitter doesn’t have time to get a full approach.
